Join St Jude's Care Ltd as a Senior Support Worker living in. In this role you’ll lead, influence, and truly make a difference for our residents.

Base pay: £1,200 per week. Additional benefits include paid induction training, a £500 Refer‑a‑Friend Bonus (T&Cs apply), access to Level 4–5 Diploma Qualifications in Leadership & Management after probation, ongoing training via our online portal, a company pension, employee discounts and on‑site parking.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a key figure in the home, offering emotional and practical support to tenants while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Take ownership of care plans, risk assessments and goal setting, ensuring they’re up‑to‑date and person‑centred.
  • Conduct audits, spot checks and quality monitoring to maintain excellence in care delivery.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Champion independence and dignity for adults with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and other neurodiverse conditions.

Who You Are

  • Confident working independently in a live‑in role.
  • Skilled in problem‑solving and de‑escalation.
  • Experienced in supporting neurodiverse adults.
  • A natural leader with a passion for person‑centred care.
  • Eligible to work in the UK with strong English communication skills.
  • Have a driver’s licence.
