This is more than just a care role — it’s about building confidence, encouraging independence, creating opportunities, and being part of the moments that genuinely matter.
From supporting someone to achieve their daily goals, to helping them access the community, attend activities, or simply enjoy their home life, your support will have a direct and positive impact every single day.

- Transporting individuals to day centres, appointments, and community activities
- Encouraging independence, social inclusion, and confidence
- Supporting people to enjoy hobbies, activities, and meaningful experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
Most of the people we support attend day placements, meaning your focus will mainly be on morning and evening support routines.
