About You:
We're looking for kind compassionate robust individuals who have a passion for making a difference for a client who needs night care support.
What we need
- You need Care Experience and a full driving licence and to ideally own your own vehicle The client lives a 15-minute drive from Winchester.
The Role:
To assist with personal care, mobilising, meal preparation, medication requirements, and other tasks.
What we do differently:
We offer contracts to our care staff, guaranteeing their hours.
- Competitive pay £135.95 per Waking night - Monday to Thursday £145.95 per Waking night Friday to Sunday
- DBS check covered (subject to T&C's).
- £500 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's).
- 1 ½ full day of paid induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.
- Career development opportunities, including support for NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
