St Jude's Care Ltd is looking for two Field Care Supervisors to bridge our domiciliary care team and clients across Weymouth. One role starts with morning shifts, the other with evening shifts, both ensuring high-quality home care and team support. A pool car is provided and NVQ Level 3 funding is available.
You will split time between hands-on field work with care runs and supervisory support for care workers, maintaining strong client relationships and care plan fidelity.
