About You
We’re looking for kind-hearted individuals who have a passion for making a difference. No experience? No problem! All you need is compassion.
The Role
Care Assistant care staff visit clients and provide support in their own homes. They help with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication requirements, and much more!
What We Do Differently
- We offer contracts to our care staff.
- For this role, you DO NOT need to have a driving licence but will need to be available for a minimum of 4 block hours with a single client.
Benefits
- Competitive pay with a base rate of £14.50 per hour call on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours.
- DBS check covered (subject to T&C's).
- £250 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's).
- Two full days of induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.
- Career development opportunities, including support for NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- We are expanding to include more complex care packages. If you are a carer seeking experience with PEG feeding, suction, or other advanced care tasks, we can provide the support and opportunities you need.
