This is a permanent, part time position working 17.5 hours per week, based at St Joseph's Catholic Primary Academy. - Ability to work under broad direction and laid down procedures.
- Responsible for managing caretaking services to all buildings forming the school site, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Has good practical maintenance and DIY skills
- Responsible for undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Understands the importance of health & safety
- Contributes to the school's statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
