Hours: 30 hours per week (4 days) - Monday to Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Salary: £21,044.40pa (£13.49ph)

Location: Formby (L37)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Shop Manager to manage and develop our shop in Formby. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our Charity shop generating maximum profits through excellent customer service and shop management. You will work closely with a team of volunteers to guide, inspire and engage them. Responsibilities also include effectively managing the sourcing, sorting and pricing of donated goods to optimise sales. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and organiser with a passion for delivering great customer service. This is an opportunity to work for a well-respected local Hospice, helping to deliver significant fundraised income. St Joseph's Hospice is one of the oldest and largest Hospices in the country founded in 1962. Each year we provide care and support to over 200 people with life limiting conditions from the Merseyside and Lancashire areas.
