The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, driven and dedicated person to join our senior leadership team and to continue to develop this successful Catholic school. The assistant headteacher post would require leadership of the SENDCO and Inclusion responsibilities of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop the Catholic ethos of the school and school community, including leading and developing the Catholic life and mission of the school.
- Develop outstanding SEND and Inclusion practice within a Catholic primary school and its community.
- Value all children as individuals and ensure that all children are confident and able to achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of outstanding teaching practice and achievement with high expectations of best practice in teaching and learning.
- Have a track record of successful middle or senior leadership in the primary sector.
