The Governors of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint caring and committed SEND teaching assistants to join the dedicated team of staff that take care of and nurture the children and families in our community. We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and calm members of staff who are able to work across the primary school age group.

The roles will primarily involve working under the direction of the class teacher to support individual children with SEND on a 1:1 basis, as well as providing support to small groups of pupils. The right candidates will demonstrate personal qualities of dedication, patience, flexibility and good humour. Working collaboratively as part of a multi‑professional team, you will respond quickly to the changing needs of the school and the individual children, and demonstrate good levels of Maths and English. Our children will also be supported in the development of their faith and spiritual journey.
