We are looking to appoint an excellent Cover Supervisor to join our supportive team. Working under the guidance of subject leaders, you will supervise classes during the short‑term absence of teaching staff, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities- Supporting Heads of Department or SLT with the development of resources when not covering
- Contributing ideas to improve learning and engagement
- Providing break and lunchtime supervision as required
- Participating in an induction programme covering school policies, behaviour procedures, and observation of excellent classroom practice

Working HoursHours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm term time (38 weeks per year) plus INSET training days (1 week). We would also happily consider applicants who would like a part‑time role.
