We are a supported living house based in Cranleigh, part of St Joseph’s Specialist Trust. Our tenants have a range of needs, including autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and language and communication challenges. We’re looking for caring, compassionate people to join our friendly team.
This position is to support a female resident and so due to our ratios for staff – we are looking for a female Supported Living Worker to join us. No previous experience is required - just empathy, resilience and a positive attitude. We’ll give you a full induction, specialist training and ongoing support so you feel confident from day one. Because of the needs of our resident’s physical, emotional and mental resilience is essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Help tenants with all aspects of daily life - from cooking, cleaning and shopping to accessing the community.
