Salary: £49,582–£58,088
Hours: 37 hours per week, plus on-call requirement
Plus £1,000 Retention Bonus**

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead our Adult Supported Living provision for ten tenants across two houses, supporting adults with significant learning disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, providing strong leadership and developing a culture of warmth, safety and accountability. Working closely with senior leaders, therapists, families and external professionals, you will ensure care, lifelong education and therapy are integrated to meet each tenant's needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager committed to person-centred care, staff development and promoting independence. You must have the mental, physical and emotional resilience to meet the demands of the role.

About the role
You will be responsible for the effective management and development of our Adult Supported Living service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and compliance with CQC requirements.
The Registered Manager role carries personal regulatory accountability alongside the provider for ensuring regulated activities are managed lawfully and in accordance with applicable requirements. This is more than an operational management position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading staff recruitment, induction, supervision, development and performance management.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.
Overseeing support plans, risk assessments and incident management.
Managing staffing rotas, budgets and resources.
Working with tenants, families, colleagues and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Monitoring service quality and implementing improvements.
Supporting staff to manage complex situations and changes in tenants' needs. xgikmsk
