The Role: As a consultant, you will work directly with clients in their own homes helping them understand how to protect their property, savings & their families' future through wills, trusts & lasting powers of attorneys. You don't need legal qualifications. What matters is your ability to work with people, communicate clearly & build trust with clients.

NO COLD CALLING - All leads shall be supplied via our TV & Radio Advertising, & marketing initiatives like leaflet drops. You are also very welcome to obtain your own leads, for which you shall be paid extra. All legal paperwork is taken care of for you by professionals behind the scenes.

Your personal mission:

  • Under the supervision of the ‘Company Compliance Officer’; your mission is to attend and pass the face-to-face interview.
  • Undertake the initial training course and enter the company as a member of a professional growing team.
  • You will then integrate yourself into a competent team of Area Consultants.

Your personal profile:

  • You shall live in Lincolnshire.
  • You will have the financial means to pay our training & onboarding fee of £1,850 (Refunded after 6 weeks of successfully hitting pre-agreed targets).
  • You must be switched on and able to absorb new information.
  • You must have formal education to a good standard.
  • You must be literate & numerate.
  • You may have a successful background in sales and marketing; this may be of benefit to you, but it is not essential.
  • You may have solid knowledge of Probate / Wills & Trusts; this should be of benefit to you, but it is not a prerequisite.
  • You must be a disciplined / positive / charismatic / professional person and be able to motivate yourself at all times.
  • You must have two good references.
  • You must attend the interview. Everyone who wishes to be considered for the role will attend a face-to-face interview; there are no exceptions to this rule.
