We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Flexible Nurse Bank at St Joseph's Hospice.

The Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients and support their families during some of the most important moments of their lives. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure patients receive the highest standards of clinical care, dignity and compassion.
Shifts: Day - 08:00 - 20:30; Nights - 20:00 - 08:30. Monday - Sunday
Pay: £19.21 per hour
Please note that, as a Bank Worker, there is no guarantee of work. However, we intentionally maintain a small pool of Bank Nurses to promote fairness and increase opportunities for individuals to pick up available shifts.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Have an existing right to work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship
Experience of acting as Nurse in Charge, with the confidence and capability to lead shifts, prioritise workload, coordinate patient care, and respond effectively to changing clinical needs.
- Demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Be committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Share our values of Trust, Dignity, Compassion, Hospitality and Respect.
