As our Director of Income Generation and Engagement and a key member of the senior leadership team, you will set a bold, sustainable strategy to grow and diversify income, elevate our profile and inspire deeper support from partners, donors and the communities we serve. We are looking for an ambitious, strategic and values led leader with significant experience across fundraising, income generation, communications or engagement in a charity or similarly purpose led organisation.
- A strong record of developing and delivering successful income generation, fundraising, communications or engagement strategies
- The ability to spot opportunities, make confident strategic decisions and turn ambition into sustainable results
- Exceptional communication, influencing and relationship building skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- An inclusive leadership style and experience of building, motivating and developing high-performing teams
