The successful applicants will:
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the school.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records, files, documentation and data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and notices.
- Help manage office supplies and inventory.
- Interact courteously with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Track, monitor and feedback on absence trends.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of GCSE/equivalent in English and mathematics.
- Prior experience in a school or office environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- A friendly, approachable, organised and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
