St Joseph's Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint up to three Level 1 Teaching Assistants for SEN. As a Level 1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support in the classroom and throughout the school for children with SEN needs, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and eager to begin or continue a career in education. This is a temporary position until August 2027 due to SEN funding.
Working under the direct supervision of the class teacher, you will assist with day-to-day classroom activities, support pupils with their learning, and help maintain a safe and orderly environment. Your duties may include preparing resources, supporting individual or small group work, and encouraging pupils to stay focused and confident in their learning.
