What skills and experience we're looking for:
- The continuing professional development of all members of our school community is an important part of our aim to improve standards. The school has access to a variety of courses from different providers; information about these may be emailed to you via your school email.
- The welfare and wellbeing of all staff is of great concern and in addition to taking care of each other in school, the Academy Trust can assist staff who may be experiencing difficulties by signposting training or workshops or referring staff to Occupational Health for assessment. Line managers can offer support to staff.
