Deputy After School Club Leader (Term Time Only)

Grade D 7-11 SCP 6 SCP 11 £8,809.90 - £9,539.73 per annum (dependent on experience)

15 hours per week Monday to Friday, 3.00pm-6.00pm (Term Time Only)

Required from: September 2026

You will work alongside the Club Leader to provide a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for children at the end of the school day. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with children, able to build positive relationships and committed to ensuring high standards of care and supervision.

The successful candidate will:

• Assist in planning and delivering a range of engaging indoor and outdoor activities.
• Help create a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.
• Support children's wellbeing, behaviour and personal development.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate positively with parents and colleagues.
• Be organised, reliable, flexible and enthusiastic.
• Hold (or be willing to work towards) a relevant childcare qualification; a current Paediatric First Aid qualification is an advantage, although training can be provided.
