Wraparound Care Leader in Doncaster

Weare seeking an enthusiastic, organised and caring individual to lead our newwraparound care provision from September/October 2026.

Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation andsmooth running of the provision, ensuring children enjoy a safe, engaging andnurturing environment at the end of the school day.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadthe daily operation of the wraparound provision.
• Planand organise a range of engaging enrichment activities.
• Superviseand support pupils from Reception to Year 6.
• Promotepositive behaviour in accordance with the school's Behaviour Policy.
• Prepareand serve light snacks and refreshments.
• Maintainregisters and relevant records.
• Liaisewith parents and carers at collection time.
• Reportany safeguarding, behavioural or medical concerns to senior leaders.
• Ensureequipment and facilities are set up and cleared away safely each day.
• Supportthe school in developing and promoting the provision.

EssentialRequirements

• Experienceof working with primary-aged children.
• Goodcommunication and organisational skills.
• Abilityto manage children's behaviour positively and consistently.
• Understandingof safeguarding responsibilities.
• Abilityto work independently and take responsibility for the provision.

Desirable

• PaediatricFirst Aid qualification.
• FoodHygiene qualification.
• Experienceof breakfast club, after-school club or childcare provision.
