Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Wells

Actual salary £19,050 - £21,357 for part-time, term-time working 23 hours 10 minutes per week, Monday - Friday.

Start Date: 3rd September 2026

2-year fixed term contract ending 31st August 2028.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic HLTA who is ready to make a real difference and play a key role in supporting teaching, leading learning, and helping our pupils flourish.

• Has NVQ Level 3 or at least equivalent qualification in working with children
