The Role
We are looking to hire Production Operatives to join an Industrial Laundry site in Kendal, Cumbria.
You will be part of a large team responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding levels of service, responsible for handling hotels and restaurants linen and ensuring it is washed, Ironed, and folded using large industrial machinery, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality and hygiene standards.
The tasks can be repetitive and will require concentration skills, attention to detail and a high level of health and safety awareness. Full training will be provided.
The ideal Candidate
- Requires good communications skills.
- High level of health and safety awareness.
- Good level of physical fitness and be comfortable with working on their feet for long periods.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of working within a factory environment (desirable but not essential).
- Great team player.
- Willing to learn new skills.
