St John's Staff Hire are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors / Call Centre Advisors on a temporary basis. There is potential for the work to be ongoing, so we encourage anyone looking for permanent positions to apply. We also have other, similar positions available, without immediate starts.

We are looking for people who would like to work as Customer Service Advisors / Call Centre Advisors for a prestigious, award-winning company that is intent on providing the best possible customer service. Given the current situation, the employer has also taken extra precautions to help protect all colleagues in line with current and future Government guidelines. All workers will be expected to follow the protocols put in place by the employer.

This role would suit people who are cheerful and friendly with great communication skills - you will be spending your time taking calls using a headset, whilst processing information on a PC. Accuracy, and a real desire to help people are the qualities that we are looking for, as full training will be given to all successful candidates.

  • Overtime will be available, paid at a premium.
  • You will have a 4-week rolling rota, that is still subject to change.
  • Normal hours of work are 9 am - 5:30 pm, with one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) worked per month, and one additional Saturday worked per month.
  • 37-hour contract as standard.

In order to be successful, you must be able to commit to working Monday to Friday for the week commencing: Monday 25/10/2021. You MUST complete the full week. You will not be able to have any time off during the training week, and it must be completed in full.

The rate of pay is £10.50* per hour. Overtime is paid at a considerable premium, and other discretionary bonus schemes may apply during the festive period. We are looking for people to get started immediately. The site is in Windermere, close to public transport, with parking on site.
