St John's School are seeking a proactive and highly organised Estates and Operations Officer to support both the Estates Director and Operations and Commercial Director with departmental administration. The vacancy is a varied and rewarding full-time role, ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a flexible, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment.
You will play a key part in supporting the team and acting as a central point of contact, liaising with contractors, suppliers and external partners ensuring high standards of organisation, communication and record keeping. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, forward-thinking school with a strong sense of community.
