St John’s Marlborough invites applications for the role of Intervention Lead, based at Marlborough. You will oversee the Hub provision, running three dedicated rooms to support students facing barriers to learning and delivering targeted interventions in SEMH, literacy, numeracy and attendance.
You will collaborate with teaching, pastoral, SEND and attendance teams to assess needs, monitor impact, and help students regain engagement and progress.
