We are looking for a qualified nurse to join our experienced and supportive Hospice at Home team based from the main Hospice in Lancaster. St Johns Hospice Community Services serves the whole of North Lancashire, South Lakeland, Cumbria and includes parts of North Yorkshire, and visits may be anywhere in this catchment area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a highly respected, local charity looking after patients and their loved ones, within the setting of their own home.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked in a community setting; however, we would welcome applications from experienced individuals from other settings. It is essential you hold a full UK manual driving license and have access to a vehicle during working hours.
Shifts are either 7am - 3pm (early) or 2pm - 10pm (late).
Role type: Permanent
Pay: £32,448.00 - £33,446.40 per annum (based on 30 hours/week, dependent on pension scheme)
Pension: NHS Pension may be continued subject to eligibility or St John’s Hospice Pension Scheme (St John’s pays an 8% employer contribution)
