This is an exciting opportunity for a registered Complementary Therapist to work within the South Lakes area, to improve patients' physical, psychological and emotional well-being through this specialist service.
We are looking for a compassionate, organised and professional Complementary Therapist to join our very special team of knowledgeable and experienced palliative care clinical staff. This is a unique role for the right person to use their skills and commitment to deliver holistic, individually tailored care to patients, either in their own home or in community outpatient settings from Kendal to Windermere, and within the South Lakes area.
Our Clinical teams are justifiably proud to put patients and their loved ones at the heart of everything they do. Working within our Day Therapies service, liaising with local Health and Social Care professionals and alongside the St John's Hospice at Home team you will ensure palliative and end of life patients receive appropriate complementary therapy. We are proud that our specialist care is not only about managing symptoms but about supporting a holistic approach to patient-centred palliative care.
You will empower patients to gain increased feelings of self-worth, maximise their potential and take control of the life they have in a way that is meaningful to them.
