Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our experienced and supportive Catering department. Could it be you? This role is for 15 hours per week, working 2 days out of 7, from 7.30am until 3.30pm each shift.

The Hospice’s catering team plays an important role in delivering high-quality food and customer service to our busy Courtyard Café, the patients in our care, and the wider Hospice team. The quality of meals, their presentation, and the environment in which they are served are particularly important.

St John’s Hospice has a 5-star Food Hygiene rating and features a large, modern kitchen. You will play a vital part in maintaining these high standards.

This post is subject to a standard DBS check. The cost of this check is currently £26.30, which will be deducted from the successful applicant\’s first salary.

The salary range is £9,531.60 – £9,828.00 per annum (based on)
