Overview
A unique opportunity for a Business Intelligence Coordinator to help transform data into clear, useful insights for St Johns Hospice.
You will develop reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions to support decision‑making throughout the Hospice, championing effective data management and promoting the use of high‑quality, reliable information.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop all business information for the Hospice, both clinical and non‑clinical, through the implementation and promotion of systems and processes, including Power BI, to ensure data is effectively utilized to support business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across the Hospice, championing effective data management that delivers consistent, insightful reporting.
- Enable the Hospice to demonstrate impact, meet commissioning requirements, and maintain high standards of care through the presentation of high‑quality data.
- Promote effective data management and the use of high‑quality, reliable information, helping strengthen processes, support service development and meet regulatory and commissioning requirements.
- Support the hospice’s decision‑making, planning and improvement initiatives by delivering clear, actionable insights.
- Apply analytical and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships across a wide range of teams.
