The successful candidate will support the Development Director by providing wider leadership across the Development Office and helping to shape the College's Development and Alumni Engagement programmes. They will play a key role in the planning and delivery of a new, integrated fundraising campaign, helping to strengthen alumni engagement and philanthropic support for the College's strategic priorities.

St John's College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a Deputy Development Director to lead an effective and impactful fundraising and stewardship programme. This is a senior role within one of the most successful and established Development Offices in Cambridge, with deep, long-standing relationships with supporters at all levels.
