St Johns College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Individual Giving Manager to support the College's fundraising efforts by developing and implementing the regular giving strategy, building sustainable income and deepening engagement across the Johnian community. This will include managing a portfolio of individual donors, cultivating meaningful relationships and executing regular giving initiatives such as telethons and giving days.

The Individual Giving Manager will also take responsibility for developing and growing a mid-tier giving programme, creating clear donor journeys that inspire donors to give. Alongside this, the postholder will undertake data analysis to inform strategy and assess performance of the programmes.
