St Johns College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Alumni Relations Officer (Events) to develop, plan and deliver a global programme of events. Events range in size from 20 to 300 attendees, and formats include socials, career networking and academic talks, both online and in person. Events are tailored to a highly educated, discerning and diverse audience.
The post is fixed-term for one year, with the successful candidate expected to start in June. The College offers a competitive benefits package including membership of a defined contributory pension scheme, 36 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), access to a cash plan healthcare scheme currently provided by Simplyhealth, free lunch, free use of an on-site Gym and free parking close to the College site, subject to availability and an Agile Working policy whereby eligible staff may be able to work remotely for up to 40% of their working hours.
