St John's College is preparing to implement a new HR/Payroll system to modernize and improve staff data management, payroll processing, and reporting capabilities. The purpose of this role is to oversee the associated data cleansing, profiling and validation activities prior to the main system implementation. This role will also be a key part of the main project implementation process for the main system implementation ensuring that the college will be able to optimise associated HR and payroll processes to use a new system to its full effect. This role supports the effective use of HR technologies to ensure accurate data management, streamlined business processes, and high-quality reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Terms and Conditions
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
- There is also a pensionable Oxford University Weighting.
