St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Undergraduate Admissions Intern to support the Undergraduate Admissions Office during the summer vacation. This role provides administrative and operational support across a busy period, including the conclusion of the current UCAS application cycle and preparation for the next. The post holder will also assist with the planning and delivery of outreach and recruitment activity, such as Open Days, summer schools and subject taster events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support during the summer period.
  • Assist with the conclusion of the current UCAS application cycle and preparation for the next.
  • Help plan and deliver outreach and recruitment activities including Open Days, summer schools and subject taster events.
  • Coordinate student helpers and liaise with prospective applicants, academics and colleagues across the College and University.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of data.
