Hours: 39.25 hours per week, shift basis covering seven days per week

Role Overview

St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint a Pastry Chef de Partie to assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in the provision of meals within the College and maintain standards of work and cleaning within the Kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in the preparation of pastry and related culinary duties.
  • Maintain standards of work and cleaning within the kitchen.
  • Support the Catering and Hospitality department in providing high standard food and customer service.
  • Promote the department, College, and brand for St John’s College at all times.
