We are a Church of England school that seeks to provide a firm foundation for learning and caring that ensures all children achieve their full potential. We are looking to appoint a Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Next Steps Nursery to cover a maternity leave. The position is part time, all year round.
We are looking for a practitioner who:
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS and child development,
- Is warm, caring, patient and nurturing, with a genuine passion for working with young children,
- Is committed to working effectively in a team,
- Has strong communication skills with children, parents and colleagues,
- Has the ability to plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play,
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, professional and committed to providing high-quality care.
