As an Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff, providing a professional and warm front‑of‑house service. You will support the day‑to‑day administrative functions of the school, helping ensure an efficient and effective learning environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing reception duties and handling enquiries in person, by telephone and email
  • Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinating communications with parents, staff and external agencies
  • Assisting with finance, admissions and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting school events and day‑to‑day operations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using IT systems and school databases (e.g. Bromcom or similar)
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality and a commitment to safeguarding
