Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across the school by supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff.
- Deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure that students remain on task in a safe and supportive environment.
- Support our Summer Schools, Progress and Information Evenings using plus days.
- Be calm under pressure, maintain strong communication and build positive relationships with students.
