Our School St John’s Catholic Primary School in Great Haywood is a small, family‑oriented school serving children aged 3‑11, including a nursery. We are looking for someone who:

• Is a Practising Catholic who will actively support and promote the Catholic ethos and spiritual life of the school.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child.
• Has experience of leadership and teaching in a successful and inclusive school environment.
• Has experience of leading or supporting SEND provision, with a compassionate commitment to inclusive practice.
• Demonstrates ambition and integrity, with a deep commitment to Gospel values and a willingness to go the extra mile in serving the whole school community.
• Can articulate and share a clear vision for primary education that reflects the mission and values of St John’s’ Catholic Primary School.
• Understands what constitutes high‑quality educational provision and has strategies to raise standards and ensure the success of all pupils.
• Is well‑organised and adaptable, able to balance competing priorities and respond positively to the changing needs of a busy school environment.
• Has excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider community.
