We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with excellent management and leadership skills. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills. Duties

  • Deliver personalised care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities for children aged between 4 and 11 years of age.
  • Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods, maintaining a safe environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with children, childcare, nursery work or early childhood education is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is advantageous.
  • Childcare qualifications or relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Ability to organise tasks efficiently while maintaining a caring approach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing routines and individual needs of children.
