Responsibilities
Our ideal person would be someone who loves being around children, nurturing them to try new things and enjoy every day at school. You will greet the children each morning with a reassuring smile, being a consistent support for them to access learning, interact socially and remain emotionally regulated. You will work closely with the class teacher to support the child's inclusion within the classroom as well as provide one-to-one support as needed. Through working with a team who go over and above, you will leave work feeling like you have made a difference each day and have been valued for the part you have played in a child's success. We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work specifically with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans both full and part-time.
