  • Resolve friction and leakage within concierge-led pathways and ensure clear escalation routes for complex cases.
  • Own activity, conversion and revenue targets across channels, defining and monitoring KPIs and using insight to prioritise initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Marketing to translate channel strategy into clear briefs, priorities and measurable delivery.

What you will bring (essential):

  • Senior experience designing, developing and scaling medical concierge or complex patient access services.
  • Track record developing growth channels and referral-led models with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong external relationship and partnership management capability with senior credibility across NHS and private healthcare.
  • Commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to performance, prioritisation and delivery.
  • Experience across corporate, international or embassy-led healthcare pathways.
  • Understanding of private healthcare funding and payor environments.
