About St John Rigby College
St John Rigby College offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses at all levels in a highly supportive and caring environment to approximately 1400 full-time students aged 16‑18. Role Overview
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join the Marketing and Partnerships team at a key point in our development. The Partnerships & Insight Officer plays a central role in shaping, coordinating and evaluating the College’s schools engagement and recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Spend time out in schools and at engagement events, representing the College and building strong relationships.
- Manage the school’s liaison calendar, coordinate and document activity across the team.
- Analyse the effectiveness of engagement activity and provide reporting and insight.
- Understand how engagement activity influences prospective student behaviour across events and touchpoints, including repeat engagement, expressions of interest, applications and progression through the recruitment cycle.
- Create engaging, high‑impact experiences that place the student experience at the centre of everything we do.
