We are seeking an exceptional professional to work in close partnership with the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team of our ambitious inclusive Catholic Sixth Form College in a role that is trusted, strategic, and central to how the college is led. You will operate at the heart of decision making managing a complex executive diary, supporting governance and strategic priorities, shaping effective communication and enabling the Principal to focus on what matters most – delivering an inspirational education for young people.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are digitally confident and forward‑thinking, with the curiosity and confidence to use technology, including AI‑enabled tools, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support modern ways of working. You will be highly organised, discreet, resilient, and comfortable working with senior leaders and governors. Experience at executive level is essential; experience in education is welcomed but not required.
