St John Rigby College offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses at all levels in a highly supportive and caring environment to approximately 1500 full-time students aged 16-18. St John Rigby College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experience and forward-looking Director ofFinance who will play a key role in providing financial leadership across the College, through leading and developing all aspects of financial management and ensuringthe College meets its legal and statutory obligations. The post-holder will play a pivotal role in securing sustainable growth for the College in line withthe Strategic Development Plan.

You will be someone withextensive experience at a financial leadership level who feels an affinity withour values and our vision.
Other skills, knowledge andexperience we look for include:
- Membership/Chartered status of a professionalaccounting body
- Confidence to challenge and influence decisionmakers
- Skilled at translating complex financial datainto clear insights
- Experience, evidenced by a robust track recordof success
- Experience of strategic leadership within theeducation sector beneficial
