You will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only, 39 working weeks.
St John Payne Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, compassionate, and keen to learn within a supportive school environment.
You will provide day to day administrative assistance across the school teams. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth running of our school, with responsibility for ensuring that pupils, staff, parents, carers, visitors and all persons who come into contact with the school are dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner. You will be expected to provide a high standard of customer service and a well organised and welcoming office environment.
Ideally you will have some school experience in a similar role or are able to demonstrate the capability to learn quickly and apply existing skills to this unique role. The post holder is expected to display calmness and professionalism at all times.
