The St John Paul II Multi Academy is a highly successful Catholic Multi Academy encompassing nine Primary Schools and two Secondary Schools.

HR Officer Job Purpose

To provide a high-quality, accurate and responsive operational HR service across St John Paul II Multi Academy, working closely with the HR Business Partner and colleagues across the MAC.

The postholder will coordinate core employee-lifecycle processes, with particular responsibility for monthly payroll administration, HR systems and data, absence recording, pensions, family leave, recruitment and onboarding.

The role will support schools through an exciting period of MAC growth by helping to deliver consistent processes, reliable records and an approachable service for employees and managers.

The postholder will exercise sound judgement, resolve routine queries and elevate complex or sensitive matters to the HR Business Partner as appropriate.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
