What we are looking for:

• Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
• Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, or presenting to adults
• Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
• Ability to own and drive a car with suitable insurance or access to public/private transport
• An enhanced DBS check is required for this role

About the Role:

• Deliver training courses and conduct assessments professionally and consistently as per organisational standards
• Maintain professional competence in your subject area
• Handle building security, venue opening/closing, and lone working
• Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high standards
• Pilot new training initiatives as needed
• Complete all course documentation accurately and promptly
