About the Role
As Estates and Facilities Coordinator at St John Ambulance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties from which St John people operate from are appropriately maintained, managing maintenance, repairs, insurance, suitability and access for members and external bodies.
The post holder will lead on project management of small and medium sized estates and facilities projects, to include refresh upgrades, regulatory upgrades to both CQC and HSE compliance. The Estates and Facilities Coordinator will also have contract management and budget controls with our key supply chain contractors and support the wider estates team with all aspects of acquisition and disposal across the SJA build estate.

About You
To be successful in the role of Estates and Facilities Coordinator you will have previous experience in a similar role within an Estates / Facilities function. You will have strong project management experience and be a strong negotiator with experience of managing suppliers and contracts.
