As Multimedia Content Producer (B2B), you will create high-quality graphic design, video, photography and multimedia content that supports the growth of St John Ambulance’s Enterprise business. Your work will help drive awareness, engagement and sales across our workplace training and first aid supplies portfolio. Blending creativity with strong planning and technical expertise, you’ll produce compelling, brand-aligned and accessible content that reaches and converts business customers across digital, social, CRM and campaign channels.
Working closely with colleagues across Trade, Marketing, CRM, E-Commerce and Brand & Communications, you’ll plan and deliver a consistent pipeline of impactful multimedia assets, from concept development and storyboarding through to production, editing and final delivery.
About You
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in design, media production, marketing or a related creative discipline, with relevant professional training or certification.
- Proven experience as a multimedia designer or content producer, supported by a strong portfolio of graphic design, photography and video work.
- Demonstrated experience creating high-quality content for digital channels, including websites, CRM, social media, paid media and eCommerce.
- Strong experience planning and delivering photo and video shoots, including product photography, lighting, logistics, budgets and supplier management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating agencies or freelancers to deliver on brand, on time and within budget.
- Experience working collaboratively in a B2B and/or eCommerce marketing environment to support commercial and sales objectives.
About the Role
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphic design, photography and short-form video, to support campaigns, website updates and social activity promoting workplace training and first aid supplies.
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots from brief to delivery, managing logistics, budgets, suppliers and resources to meet commercial priorities and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with Trade, Marketing, CRM, eCommerce and Brand teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and is optimised across organic and paid channels.
- Create visually engaging digital and print assets, maintaining brand consistency, accessibility standards and high creative quality.
- Capture and edit professional photography and video, including product imagery for eCommerce, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong commercial appeal.
- Manage external agencies and content assets, uphold brand and consent standards, and use performance insights and creative trends to continuously improve content effectiveness.
